How fulfilment works with us

1. Connecting your webshop. We connect Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento or a custom build via API. Orders flow into the warehouse automatically and stock levels flow back to your store.
2. Receiving. We receive your goods, check quantities and record them in the WMS by item and location.
3. Storage. Every item has its own shelf or pallet location, so each unit is found quickly.
4. Picking and packing. Every order is picked from the WMS list, checked and packed in suitable packaging.
5. Fast dispatch. We hand the parcel to the carrier that best fits the order: HP, DPD, GLS, DHL, UPS, InTime, BOX NOW or Packeta, to an address, a parcel locker or abroad. For urgent shipments we arrange fast air delivery across Europe and worldwide. The tracking number flows back to your store and your customer.
6. Returns. Returned parcels are received, inspected and put back into stock or set aside, with the return reason recorded.

How does onboarding work?

After the contract is signed, you send us your product list with dimensions, weights and barcodes, we agree the packing, shipping and returns rules together, connect your webshop and give you access to the WMS. After a few test orders you send your first stock and we go live.

What do you need from us before the first delivery?

A product (SKU) list with dimensions, weights and barcodes, and an advance notice for the delivery: arrival date, number of pallets or cartons and a list of items with quantities. The notice lets us plan the dock and staff, so your stock is available sooner.

How quickly is stock ready to sell?

Smaller deliveries are usually in stock within one working day of unloading, provided the notice and paperwork are in order. Lead times for larger deliveries are agreed in advance.

Can I see my stock and orders?

Yes. Your stock levels and the status of every order are visible to you at any time.

Can you pack in our branded packaging?

Yes. We pack in the packaging you send us, add flyers, stickers and promotional material, and assemble sets. We do not produce printed boxes; you source those yourself or through your supplier.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes, cash on delivery shipments are possible.

How do returns work?

The customer sends the parcel to our address. We receive and inspect it and, following the rules you set, put the item back into stock or set it aside. You see the return reason in your report.

How is fulfilment charged?

You pay for the services you actually use: storage, order preparation, packaging and delivery. We send exact prices in a proposal once we know your volume and type of goods.

How long does switching to you take?

It depends on the number of products and the integration. We agree a transition plan in the proposal so your webshop never stops for a single day.

Can I visit the warehouse?

Yes, by appointment. We usually start with a short call and arrange the visit once we know how your goods would be organised with us.
