Warehouse.hr - storage, packing, delivery, logistics

Your goods, our people and our WMS.

We store your goods on pallets and shelves, track them in our WMS and ship them when you need them. You pay for the space your goods actually use, with no lease, equipment or warehouse staff of your own.

Looking to rent a warehouse?

Many people contact us looking to rent warehouse space and then find that a service suits them better. We don’t rent out empty halls or boxes; we store your goods with our people and our WMS: we receive, put away, track and ship, and you pay only for the space you use. You need no staff of your own in the warehouse and always know what is in stock.

Frequently asked questions

How is storage charged?

Per pallet or shelf location used and per service actually performed, such as receiving and dispatch. We send exact prices in a proposal once we know the quantity and type of goods.

How do I announce a delivery?

Announce every delivery in advance: arrival date and approximate time, number of pallets or cartons and a list of items with quantities. The goods must arrive with a delivery note or other paperwork showing quantities.

How quickly is stock available?

Smaller deliveries are usually in stock within one working day of unloading, provided the notice and paperwork are in order. Lead times for larger deliveries are agreed in advance.

Do you count goods piece by piece?

On receipt we check the number of pallets and cartons against the paperwork and look for visible damage. Piece counting, quality control and serial number tracking are done when agreed in the contract.

Do you track batch and expiry dates?

Yes. We record batch, lot and expiry date and pick by FIFO or FEFO.

How long can I keep goods with you?

As long as you need, from short cross-docking to long-term stock storage.

Which goods do you not store?

We do not accept goods that require a cold chain. Dangerous goods are assessed case by case before we make an offer.

Can my own carrier collect goods from you?

Yes, with advance notice. Preparing and handing over the shipment is charged according to the price list.

Do you handle customs clearance?

No. We receive goods after customs clearance; for imports from outside the EU you need your own freight forwarder.

Can I access my goods?

Yes, with advance notice. Everything that comes in and goes out is recorded in the WMS, so you can see your stock without visiting.

Send us the type of goods, the number of pallets or cartons and how often goods come in and go out, and we will prepare a proposal.
